This story is an amalgamation of my truth and some embellished events and characters. I am sharing my second draft. I had a completed manuscript I sent for editing about a year ago. My editor suggested that I change the POV of the main character which is a beast of a task. I’m glad she did because Jim Rodella has become my family. Writing is a test of the soul, and I want to share the story that has burned a hole in my heart for twenty years.
Synopsis:
